Involvement included setting up the service charge regime, management contract arrangements, dealing with consent issues relating to tenant fit out works, snagging matters and ensuring minimal disruption to existing and incoming tenants.
Following the sale of the part-let freehold investment in early 2012 and upon the recommendation of Palmer/Walbrook, new owners Trinova Real Estate have re-appointed Newton Perkins on the ongoing building management to sit alongside the continuing mandate to let the remaining 3 office floors (these are under offer as at April 2012).
