Roger has been a Partner at Newton Perkins since 1988. He specialises in major
corporate relocation and also in the London investment market where he has
advised numerous institutional funds and property companies in relation to their
investment requirements.

Tony has worked in the City for nearly 30 years.

an Expert Witness.

Underwriting Agency.
Chris has specialised in the City of London office market for 20 years. He has
focused on marketing office buildings, together with development/major
refurbishment advice and investment acquisitions and sales.
Chris’s extensive leasing activities have given him a first class working
knowledge of building design and specification which complements his other
disciplines so as to maximise his clients’ financial returns whilst minimising
financial exposure.
Current clients include Mars Pension Trustees, Aviva Investors, Land
Securities plc, Universities Superannuation Scheme, Thomas Miller, Threadneedle Property
Investments and Schroder Property Investment Management.
David concentrates on advising corporate occupiers, investors and developers in
leasing, sales, purchases and developments primarily in the City of London and
environs.
David has wide ranging experience from working
in the City and West End of London and previously with Shell’s Property
Division. He also holds the RICS Diploma in Business Management and Marketing
; and is a qualified APC Assessor.

Ian is a Partner at Newton Perkins and is one of
the City of London’s best known agency
personalities with over 40 years at the firm.
He is renowned as the most active agent in the City, typically averaging 50/60
transactions a year (ie 1 per week!).
Specialising in leasing, his extensive client list is primarily drawn from
Insurance, Shipping and Recruitment sectors including HDI Gerling,
Cooper Gay, Joslin Rowe, CCLA, APC Underwriting, HBJ Gateley Wareing and
Chambers Travel.
Michael has over 20 years experience in private practice centred on the City and
West End office markets and is a partner.
He has extensive experience in the fields of commercial rating and also landlord
and tenant work with a specific emphasis on tenant/occupier services.
Within this role, Michael has made numerous appearances at Valuation Tribunals
around the country and as an Expert Witness before the Lands Tribunal.
Michael has advised over 150 different occupiers during the past 5 years and has
conducted over 450 successful appeals on behalf of clients such as Arbuthnot
Latham & Co, Banco Santander Totta SA, Carnvial UK Ltd, MACE, Workspace Group
plc and QBE Europe.
Graham has recently joined Newton Perkins as
Head of Property Management having previous
worked at senior level of leading City and West
End practices. He has extensive Asset Management
and Landlord and Tenant experience.
Graham leads a specialist team of property
managers and accounts staff together with site
staff based at managed properties.
Clients include Getronics, The Transport
Salaried Staffs Association, Rockspring and Dr.
August Oetker.
Paul
specialises in City office agency
and professional matters having previously been
a principal Director in charge of the City
office of Smith Melzack Pepper Angliss.
He brings with him a wealth of City experience
gained from over 30 years working in the 'Square
Mile' during which time he has advised notable
clients on all aspects of City property - these
include Commercial Union Assurance (now Aviva),
Societe Generale and worldwide Law firm Baker &
McKenzie whom Paul advised throughout on the
leasing of their 150,000 sq ft HQ in New Bridge
Street, EC4.
Other clients include Watts Group plc, Alea, Faber Maunsell (now AECOM), Northdoor plc,
Orbian Group, stockbrokers ODL Securities and
Redmayne Bentley; and lawyers Druces and Bracher
Rawlins.
Adam specialises in the Central London Investment Market. Clients include
property companies, institutions and private individuals seeking to acquire,
value manage and dispose of real estate.
His experience with in the commercial investment market first began in the London
auction rooms' when he was a teenager.
Adam has a broad property background from working for a property company and a
firm of general practice surveyors. He has honed skills in asset management,
retail agency, professional work and land development. Thorough knowledge of
these sectors and the processes has given him the ability to think laterally and
focus upon realising a real profit margin for clients.
Jonathan
started with the agency department following completing
a Masters degree in Commercial Estate Management at South Bank University in 2005
and qualified as a Chartered
Surveyor in 2007.
His
primary role is dealing with property
searches and marketing/letting campaigns
alongside assistance with investment and development projects and appraisals.
Current projects include
instructions from
Heron, Aviva, Schroder Property Investment
Management, Threadneedle Property Investments, London &
Regional Properties and Hannover Dorrington.
Bindi
is an experienced property manager within the
firm's close knit property management and facilities team. Bindi's role includes day to day owner and
occupier contact and supervision; extending to project management of refurbishment
contracts for investor and tenant clients. He has detailed, practical knowledge of
the application of The Control of Asbestos at Work (2006) legislation; alongside meeting
the requirements of the RICS Service Charge Code.
Chris is a graduate of the University of Kent
and holds an MSc in Estate Management from
London South Bank University.
Working alongside Michael Moon, Chris handles
rating work for the firm's extensive list of
clients with particular focus on the 2010 Rating
Revaluation. Chris has previous agency and
landlord and tenant experience with a leading
London practice.
Charles joined Newton Perkins in 1969. He became a Partner in 1975 and a
consultant in April 2002.
With forty years experience in general practice both in London and throughout
the United Kingdom, Charles has advised clients on a wide range of property
matters including acquisitions, Landlord & Tenant, rent reviews, valuations and
dilapidations.
Clients for whom he currently acts include The Maersk Company Limited, HDI
Gerling, Guinness Mahon Group Ltd, Kuehne & Nagel and Life Insurance Corporation
of India.
Ian
is a construction consultant
with Newton Perkins with
an extensive 25 year
background in building surveying, project
management and contract
administration
involving a broad variety of properties. He is able to combine the skills
and resources of
a chartered building surveyor with a wider business insight to understand
and offer fresh
value added resolutions to clients’ demands.
He
was formerly a Partner
with Drivers Jonas. Ian
is a director with
the City
based Devonshire Partnership which he combines with his consultancy
role at Newton
Perkins.
Stephen is a consultant to Newton Perkins
focusing on investment purchases and sales. He
also
provides independent asset management advice to
clients, particularly in respect of non-prime
properties which may require market
re-positioning in order to minimize voids and
maximize returns.
A chartered surveyor and former equity partner at GVA Grimley, Stephen is
able to draw upon the contacts and experience gained from almost 30
years involvement in the City market. He is
combining his consultancy at Newton Perkins with
the running of his boutique investment
consultancy, Hanlon Bennett Consulting.
