London office trophies offloaded by overseas investors

According to a recent report from EGi, several trophy London office buildings are being put up for sale.

 

Buyers are currently being sought for Tower Bridge House, E1 and 11-12 St James’s Square, SW1. The current owner, Malaysia’s Employee Provident Fund, is seeking almost £200 million for each. 

The report states further sales are being sought at 1 Sheldon Square, W2 and 65 Fleet Street, EC4, as well as 40 Portman Square, W1 and a stake in the Battersea power station, SW8.
