letting at Monument Place, Monument Street, EC3 to create a fully let

The site was purchased in 2010 by Rockspring
& Alchemy Asset Management who demolished the previous building to create a

involved the third floor offices (10,000 sq ft approx.) to Sanlam Private
Investments, a well established wealth planning company and signals the
