A planning application for a new 280,000 sq ft office building at Fountain House, 130 Fenchurch Street, EC3 has been submitted by Aviva. The planned redevelopment would consist of 17 storeys in the heart of the insurance district.
The current building consists of 110,000 sq ft of space multi-let mainly to insurance-related firms. Newton Perkins has been instrumental in leasing the whole of the building over the last 13 years on behalf of the freeholder, Aviva.
