Newton Perkins' spin on two-wheel revolution

The surge in interest in cycling for exercise and for commuting is having increasing influence on the design of London office buildings.

Bike space and showers were once the preserve of the largest buildings. Increasingly we are seeing demand for these facilities across the board particularly from occupiers with a younger age demographic or in locations populated by TMT companies.

The Evening Standard has commented on the trend in their article "One in four road commuters is going to work on a bike".
