Newton Perkins were instructed to advice QIC Global in regards to acquiring a new self-contained HQ office close to Lloyds. Weighing up all suitable options, and entering into pre-letting negotiations which were successfully concluded on 21 Lime Street, a new 35,000 sq ft development. 

Advising on the exit strategy on existing premises of 10 Lime Street (14,000 sq ft), where a disposal was successfully achieved.
