Following the recent lettings of the 1st & 5th floors and renewal of the 4th floor, 10 Eastcheap is now fully let!
It’s been great working alongside joint agents Savills on this instruction to achieve a fully occupied building, on behalf of our client.
Despite recent global events, demand for sub-5K units in well-located, high-quality office buildings remains positive. 10 Eastcheap is a great example of how the right product, delivered correctly, can attract and retain occupiers.
