140 Fenchurch Street, EC3 – 3rd & 5th Floors Now Let

Newton Perkins has leased both 3rd and 5th floors at 140 Fenchurch Street, EC3.

Acting on behalf of AIK and working alongside JLL, the NP team secured the letting of the 5th floor (4,013 sq ft) to DHL GBS (UK) Limited and the 3rd floor (4,008 sq ft) to a prominent construction firm.

This leaves only the 4th floor available, which totals 4,017 sq ft and is offered with a new Cat B fit-out in situ.
