Newton Perkins
has recently completed the letting of the Ground and Lower Ground floors, at
Fitzwilliam House, to a prominent educational occupier.
Acting on
behalf of USS, the NP team managed to secure the letting of 18,847 sq ft with
minimal void period, following BPPs exit from the building earlier in the year.
Benefitting
from F1 use class, a desirable City core location and a self-contained
entrance, the subject floors witnessed significant interest from 3 separate
parties.
With both sides
looking for a quick process, the deal was completed (following negotiations and
legal review), within 2 months of initial heads of terms being provided.
The letting
represents another positive result for joint agents NP and JLL.
