Grace Hall, 148 Leadenhall Street, EC3 – Fully Let

It was a busy Q4 for Newton Perkins and a successful end to 2024, in which NP saw a number of lettings over the line.

One of these deals was at Grace Hall, 148 Leadenhall Street, EC3 – which is now Fully Let!!

This follows the successful letting of the whole building to a prominent insurance occupier on a self-contained basis.

Following an extensive refurbishment process across the LG, Ground (Banking Hall), Mezz and 4 upper floors, designed by JRA Architects and delivered by Thirdway, Grace Hall provides a total of 19,625 sq ft of Grade A office space.

Joint agents Newton Perkins and Allsop LLP were involved in the initial building design process, marketing and eventual letting campaign, with the whole building being placed under offer within 7 months of launching.
