Following the recent letting of the 4th floor to HKTB – Mitre House, EC3, is now fully let!
GMS Estates Limited undertook a complete refurbishment of the building including reception and 4 upper office floors.
The originally available floors were provided in a new Category A condition with exposed services and latterly in a new Landlord Cat B condition (2nd & 4th). As a result, this pretty corner building has enjoyed a positive leasing campaign.
