Newton Perkins has recently advised BMS Group on their recent pre-let of 64,204 sq ft at 30 St Mary Axe, EC3. Following an extensive search process, numerous inspections and reporting, the 22nd – 25th floors at the world famous ‘Gherkin Tower’, were identified as the preferred option to accommodate BMS and their future office operations.
With limited ‘large-scale’ availability for prime Grade A office space and a constrained EC3 supply pipeline; Newton Perkins commenced the search process from an early stage to ensure all options (both on and off-market) were uncovered and considered accordingly. Newton Perkins entered into pre-letting negotiations on the respective floors, which had previously been occupied by a major US law firm.
The successful conclusion of these negotiations will see BMS Group take occupancy in summer 2026.
