Jonathan is a partner in the agency department and is a ‘one company man’ having joined Newton Perkins in 2005.

He has an outstanding track record of successful dealings for leading landlord and occupier clients and focusses on providing strategic advice on marketing/letting campaigns, alongside lease consultancy and relocation advice to occupiers.

Current Landlord clients include Aviva Investors, Nuveen, AEW, REInvest, DTZ IM, M&G Real Estate and Tellon Capital. Occupier clients include Indeed, Meridian RSL, John Charcol, EWM Global, BOARD MIT and Jaguar Building Services.

Outside of work Jonathan is kept even busier by his three young daughters. When he can escape you’ll find him on a 5 aside pitch or tennis court or otherwise in recovery with his wife!

Sophie recently joined Newton Perkins’ City Agency Team as a newly qualified Surveyor, having previously undertaken her APC at Lambert Smith Hampton.

Sophie recently joined Newton Perkins’ City Agency Team as a newly qualified Surveyor, having previously undertaken her APC at Lambert Smith Hampton.

She will be assisting both the disposal and acquisitions teams on a day-to-day basis and brings with her a strong reputation when it comes to the negotiation table.

Following her graduation from Oxford Brookes University, with a degree in Real Estate, Sophie then embarked on the APC pathway at LSH. She qualified as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in May 2025, prior to joining Newton Perkins.

In her free time Sophie enjoys padel, tennis, travelling and watching her beloved Tottenham Hotspur.

Leo is a Graduate Surveyor within the Newton Perkin’s City agency team, where he will be assisting both the disposal and acquisition teams.

Leo is a Graduate Surveyor within the Newton Perkin’s City agency team, where he will be assisting both the disposal and acquisition teams. He is excited to start building strong client relationships and to acquire further insight into the City office market. Previous work experience includes Savills Central London Retail Team and at LondonMetric Plc.

Having graduated from the University of Reading in 2022 (BSc – Real Estate) Leo spent a gap year working as a Mixologist in Australia’s Gold Coast and Whitsunday Islands, before joining Newton Perkins in 2024.

In his free time Leo enjoys playing 6 aside football and attempting to improve his golf handicap – he’s also an avid ‘foodie’!
