For Walbrook Land, funded by Palmer Capital Partners we let the last floor In the splendidly refurbished 17,000 sq ft office and retail building at 103 Cannon Street, EC4 prior to sale of the asset for £17.2m (a market leading 4.6% yield) - allowing our client to double their money on exit.
In Ibex House, Minories, Newton Perkins is currently transacting 46,000 sq ft over several floors to build upon the 20,000 sq ft recently let to Capita Insurance Services.
