Chris is a specialist in the City of London office market and focuses on marketing office buildings, together with development/major refurbishment advice.
Chris’s extensive leasing activities have given him a first class working knowledge of building design and specification which complements his other disciplines so as to maximise his clients’ financial returns whilst minimising financial exposure.
Current clients include: Mars Pension Trustees, Aviva Investors, Land Securities plc, Universities Superannuation Scheme, Threadneedle Property Investments, Schroder Property Investment Management, Rockspring and Credit Suisse.
Jonathan is a partner in the agency department and is a ‘one company man’ having joined Newton Perkins in 2005.
He has an outstanding track record of successful dealings for leading landlord and occupier clients and focusses on providing strategic advice on marketing/letting campaigns, alongside lease consultancy and relocation advice to occupiers.
Current Landlord clients include Aviva Investors, Nuveen, AEW, REInvest, DTZ IM, M&G Real Estate and Tellon Capital. Occupier clients include Indeed, Meridian RSL, John Charcol, EWM Global, BOARD MIT and Jaguar Building Services.
Outside of work Jonathan is kept even busier by his three young daughters. When he can escape you’ll find him on a 5 aside pitch or tennis court or otherwise in recovery with his wife!
Graham is Head of our Property Management Department having extensive Asset Management and Landlord and Tenant experience.
Graham leads a specialist team of property managers and accounts staff together with site staff based at managed properties.
Clients include The Transport Salaried Staffs Association and Unity R.E. SpA.
Nick is a Partner within Newton Perkins’ City agency department with a strong track record in both office acquisitions and disposals. Nick has spent the last 9 years specialising in the City of London and fringe markets, predominantly with regard to Landlord advisory. Prior to this Nick spent 5 years working in Hong Kong, where his main focus was on acquisition lettings for multi-national companies.
Following an MSc in Commercial Real Estate, Nick qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and has spent the majority of his career at CBRE in Hong Kong followed by Cushman & Wakefield in London, prior to joining Newton Perkins in 2021.
Nick focuses on providing strategic advice to institution Landlords on building design, specification, marketing campaigns and lease negotiations, alongside lease consultancy and relocation advice to office occupiers.
Landlord clients include Brookfield, Tellon Capital, London & Oxford, Great Portland Estates, DTZ IM, Resolution Properties, Mayfair Capital, Trilogy, London Wall Group, Schroders, Nan Fung.
Occupier clients include Citibank, Bloomberg, Amex, Hasbro, Avery Dennison, Time Inc, Silicon Valley Bank, Macmillan Publishers, Newell Rubbermaid, Rabobank.
George has recently joined Newton Perkins as a Head of Tenant Rep in the agency department. He started his career at Knight Frank in 2010, advising both Landlords as well as Occupiers. For the last 7 years, he has focused on solely advising Occupiers with strategic as well as transactional advice.
A selection of previous Occupier clients have included Bumble, JMW Solicitors, Fishawack Health, IP Group, MTR Crossrail, GSN Games & Travelodge.
James joined the firm in 2019 to head up the Professional Services Department, having previously worked for Lambert Smith Hampton in the West End. James qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 1995 having previously completed a degree in Estate Management with University of Reading.
James has extensive experience in providing strategic advice to occupiers, owners and developers on all business rates including Check, Challenge, Appeal (CCA), rate reliefs, rates mitigation and Completion Notices. Additionally James provides lease advice in respect of rent reviews, lease renewals, lease re-gears and extensions and other lease advisory matters both in London and the provinces.
Giles specialises in the capital markets sector within the City of London. He focuses on the sale and purchase of investment and development property across an increasingly broad range of asset classes.
His expertise in spotting value, creating and then implementing a business plan has helped his clients make significant returns over the years.

Lauren is an experienced Finance Director and FCA Chartered accountant with 20 years’ experience of finance and business operations within government, banking, property and retail, business planning, strategy, restructuring, cost management and financing are key areas of expertise.
Lauren joined Newton Perkins in Spring 2021 to manage our accounting, finance and HR.
Ian is a Consultant Tenant Rep at Newton Perkins and is one of the City of London’s best known agency personalities.
He is renowned as the most active agent in the City, typically averaging 50/60 transactions a year (ie 1 per week!).

Consultant Matt Williams is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over 20 years of experience working in commercial property. His expertise spans across a number of disciplines including technical due diligence, dilapidations and project services. More recently the building surveying consultancy has pivoted to embrace the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) requirements that form a pivotal component of the more traditional services offered.
Matt and his team pride themselves on their ability to work closely with our client's to ensure that even the most complex of instructions can be addressed in a commercial and timely manner in order to facilitate their business needs.
Harry is a Chartered Surveyor within Newton Perkins’ City agency department providing strategic advice for both landlords & occupiers on lease negotiations, marketing campaigns/leasing campaigns, building design and specification, as well as relocation and lease consultancy advise to occupiers.
Landlord clients include: Brookfield, London & Oxford, M&G Real Estate, Threadneedle Property Investements and GMS Estates.

Outside of work, Harry is a competitive sportsman playing rugby to a high level having represented North of England Counties. In the summer months Harry is an enthusiastic golfer playing at his home course Royal Birkdale Golf Club.
Yavuz is a highly experienced Property Management Accounts Manager who joined Newton Perkins from a leading West End firm to handle the firm's expanding portfolio.
He has extensive experience in managing complex service charges and handles a wide range of accounts, providing a tailored service to suit individual client's requirements.
Sandra brings a wealth of experience as an administrator, with over 6 years of professional experience in both private and public sectors. She possesses a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Swansea University and began her career in the field of Law, prior to joining Newton Perkins in early 2024.
We are delighted to welcome Sandra to the Newton Perkins Team as our new Office Manager. In this position, she plays a vital role in providing day-to-day support to all departments as well as running our marketing and social media platforms.
Outside of work Sandra enjoys playing netball, running and spending time with friends.
Leo is a Graduate Surveyor within the Newton Perkin’s City agency team, where he will be assisting both the disposal and acquisition teams. He is excited to start building strong client relationships and to acquire further insight into the City office market. Previous work experience includes Savills Central London Retail Team and at LondonMetric Plc.
Having graduated from the University of Reading in 2022 (BSc - Real Estate) Leo spent a gap year working as a Mixologist in Australia’s Gold Coast and Whitsunday Islands, before joining Newton Perkins in 2024.
In his free time Leo enjoys playing 6 aside football and attempting to improve his golf handicap – he’s also an avid ‘foodie’!
