The sale of the principal building within the renowned Minster Court office complex looks set to herald a major refurbishment by a consortium comprising Ivanhoe Cambridge, Greycoat and FREO.
A complicated tenure structure is being unlocked to facilitate wholesale modernization of the existing 275,000 sq ft building which for many years was home to the London Underwriting Centre.
The scheme is set to be another major contributor to the growing EC3 market which is expanding beyond its long held appeal to the insurance world.
