Monumental Conclusion

Newton Perkins has acted in the concluding letting at Monument Place, Monument Street, EC3 to create a fully let investment for recent purchaser the property investment arm of CERN (the Swiss Nuclear industry organisation best known worldwide for the Higgs boson particle accelerator).

The site was purchased in 2010 by Rockspring & Alchemy Asset Management who demolished the previous building to create a new building with exemplary environmental credentials and adding new floors benefitting from views of The River Thames and Monument. The latest letting involved the third floor offices (10,000 sq ft approx.) to Sanlam Private Investments, a well established wealth planning company and signals the successful conclusion to this marketing campaign for c. 75,000 sq ft of Grade A accommodation all let at prime rental levels.

Other tenants in situ include Ecclesiastical Insurance, Mills & Reeve LLP, Govia Thameslink Railway and Conning Asset Management.

Newton Perkins is now instructed by Rockspring on the letting of it’s latest outstanding refurbishment at 32 Cornhill.

For further information please contact Jonathan Beilin or David Alcock and Jamie Nurcombe or Chris Sutcliffe regarding 32 Cornhill.
