Workspace provider WeWork has agreed terms to prelet a new office building at 15 Bishopsgate, EC2. This development is part of the renowned Tower 42 estate.
WeWork will take the 57,000 sq ft City of London office building at a reported rent of £62.50 per sq ft, increasing its presence in London to 16 locations. The development is scheduled to complete in June 2017.
