operator The Space has agreed to lease the whole of Irongate, 22-30 Duke’s
Place, London EC3; a prestigious grade A office building in the heart of the
City of London.
Duke’s Place has recently undergone an extensive reconstruction and refurbishment by our client Aviva Investors which commenced in March 2016 with a completion date last month. The high-quality fit out includes state of the art air conditioning, raised floors, lifts, carpeting, suspended ceiling and parking spaces. In total, the building provides over 25,000sq ft of prime EC3 office space over 6 floors.
The architect was the much in vogue firm TateHindle Ltd who designed the building to appeal, in particular, to the TMT sector of the market.
The Space is a rapidly expanding serviced office provider and will utilise the whole of the building to provide high quality serviced and virtual office space to occupiers.
