According to a recent report, renowned law firm Marks & Clerk has recently signed a new lease to relocate from its existing headquarters to new office premises in Fetter Lane, EC4.
The patent and trademark lawyers have agreed a deal to occupy 21,000sq ft. at 15 Fetter Lane, EC4.
Marks & Clerk will occupy the 4th floor consisting of 10,883sq ft. and the 5th floor comprising 10,015sq ft. Landlord British Steel Pension Fund have agreed to let the space at a rent of £65 per sq. ft. on a 15 year lease.
Marks & Clerks will relocate from 90 Long Acre, WC2.
