Final results for 2023 are in and Newton Perkins have finished in a very respectable 5th place for 'most number of deals (disposals & acquisitions) completed' in the City of London market.
The team completed a total of 65 transactions across the year with 56 of these being either a new acquisition or disposal; in addition to 9 lease renewals - that's more than 1 deal a week!
