Leading business information group, Precise Media, originally commissioned an international agency to source and negotiate a lease at alternative premises in the City. Several fruitless months of looking at properties failed to produce a property offering the right combination of specification and cost.
After turning to Newton Perkins, a new stream of on and off market properties was introduced. Successful negotiations followed at 1 Broadgate to lease a fully refurbished floor offering 26,000 sq ft. The rent negotiated fell below £30.00 per sq ft plus an inducement package 33% better than the deal won by a shortly to be privatised organisation leasing similar accommodation in the same complex.
Precise Media move to their new headquarters in January 2014.
