The Hallmark Building totals c. 185,000 sq ft and commands a prime location within the EC3 market. Newton Perkins was originally appointed as joint letting agent on the building in late 2014.
After successfully re-gearing leases with a substantial occupier, we then spent the latter half of 2015 and early 2016 working up a new scheme for the building’s design with renowned architect ORMS. Our aim was to ensure that the property underwent a complete and sympathetic internal refurbishment. This was achieved alongside the successful realignment and relocation of a lift shaft so as too substantially improve the main reception off Leadenhall Street.
Following the completion of refurbishment works in late 2016 a marketing campaign started in earnest which has since resulted in c.130,000 sq.ft. of lettings.
We continue to advise on marketing and leasing strategy with the buildings new owner M&G Real Estate. We currently have c.10,000 sq.ft under offer.
